Welcome to the new online home of Robert Bratley Bespoke Cabinetry, where craftsmanship and creativity meet to transform spaces into something truly special. Here we share a little bit about how this family-run business has grown over the years.

A Lifelong Passion for Making

Growing up in Harrogate, I was always building and creating—anything I could get my hands on. After university, I started working in the building trade and quickly realised my true passion lay in woodworking. Cabinet making became my focus, and I’ve spent the last 20 years honing my craft.

What started as a personal passion has grown into a thriving business, fuelled by hard work, creativity, and an eye for detail. Along the way, I’ve been lucky enough to turn this into a family-run operation, supported by my wife and inspired by my finest creations: my two boys, now aged 5 and 8. It’s exciting to see where this journey will take us next!

Working with You

Whether collaborating with developers, architects, and interior designers on large projects or creating unique pieces for individual clients, I love working closely with people to bring their ideas to life.

One of the most rewarding parts of the job is creating for families—sometimes working on furniture for each generation of a family home. From fitted wardrobes and bespoke kitchens to one-of-a-kind furniture pieces, every project is tailored to suit your home and your lifestyle.
